We are Consyl.
Nice to meet you. As an independent broker-consultant, we specialize in pension, income, and disability insurance. These are matters we aim to arrange down to the last detail for both employees and employers. We build trusted relationships with our clients, as we aim for a long term relationship.
Our specialty lies in pension and EB consultancy and ongoing management of employee benefits for startup and scale up businesses from the technology, software, finance, NGO, Science and R&D industries.
We work together with all well known international brokers around the world and understand the benefits of working with a global consultant for all your benefits around the globe.
Over 20 Years of History.
In 2002, Bogaard Pensioen Consultancy (BPC) was founded by Max Bogaard. BPC initially focused on providing pension advice to individual and business clients. In 2004, Bram Bogaard joined the company. Together, they grew into a specialized office for pensions and employee benefits.
To further expand their services to internationally operating companies, Bogaard International Benefits Consultants (BIBC) was established in 2009. This company had a long-term collaboration with IBIS Advisors, which ultimately resulted in a merger with Alexander Beard International Benefits in 2014. The course of international growth was thus continued.
In 2023, Maarten Jansen took over Max Bogaard’s share, and the company decided to continue independently under the name Consyl. It became a completely independent office that continues to advise (inter)national clients based on the founder’s principles.
